,,The opportunity to become a McDonald’s Manager
An important moment in my life came recently and unexpectedly at the end of this year, precisely in October, when I received the opportunity and proposal to return to work in the Mc Donald’s restaurant where I worked in the past, but this time to join the Manager Trainee program (on the occasion of the opening of the new restaurant in Hunedoara). This chance was completely unexpected, but extraordinarily challenging. Although I am extremely excited about the prospect of a career in a reputable company, I face a significant challenge: how to balance school, family and work.
The Manager Trainee program is demanding and requires a lot of dedication, and that means organizing my time extremely well. At the same time, I don’t want to neglect my studies and the time I spend with my family. It is a real challenge to find a balance between all these responsibilities. However, I am determined to follow this path, even though I know it will require sacrifices.
This experience teaches me patience, organization and responsibility. I am convinced that in the long run it is a valuable opportunity and will help me become a stronger and more capable person.
Although it is a tough road, I am grateful for this chance and determined to make the most of it.
In 2025, I want to successfully complete the Trainee Manager program and become a full-fledged McDonald’s Manager. I aim to further improve my leadership skills and contribute to the development of my team. I also want to prove that one can find a balance between career, studies and personal life by being an example to those around me. I am confident that this course will help me grow both professionally and personally, and I can’t wait to see what new challenges and opportunities the future will bring.”
