Journaling, an itself investment
Our life is the most precious gift we can receive. Our time in this dimension is limited. The most precious of this time is time itself. Irreversible, the only thing that matters. And we waste it as much as we can. Consciously or unconsciously, we believe that we have the discretion of time.
How do we know which path to take? How do we figure out what we really want? How do we choose the next step? Who should we trust?
Many unknowns.
Before I continue writing please do not agree with everything I write nor disapprove of everything I write. That way you’ll feel comfortable and won’t wonder if what I’m saying is right or not. This approach gives you the opportunity to learn things without getting upset, the reading will be relaxed and if something resonates with you you will feel the sensations in your body.
The Therapeutic Journal of Lavinia Bratu
It is said that every time we are ready to receive, we will receive something we need, he who seeks with his soul finds. A post by Lavinia Bratu caught my attention. From there began my relationship with what she shared. It inspires and motivates me, makes me curious and makes me wonder. It makes me pay attention to the present and makes me stop for a moment to think. From January 1, 2024, I started the journey with myself through Lavinia’s experience from Therapeutic Journal..
It’s September and I congratulate myself every morning on choosing to fill in my journal daily.
A simple practice done with perseverance and springing from the desire to merge with myself takes me on a fascinating journey to becoming.
What am I looking for? I seek to identify parts of myself in order to harmonize them and make myself whole. I seek to make peace with the past and grow acceptance, love and presence in my soul. I seek to discern my emotions, clarify my decisions, and weave priceless memories into the colorful mantle of life. I seek to redefine my vision again and again, to adapt to the times, to support and inspire in turn.
Each day has a simple yet profound question and gratitude. Time spent with myself in the morning, with a clear mind and lots of joy, surprises me with amazing realizations about myself in relation to life situations, about my potential brought to light from slumber or ignorance. I feel free to express myself confidently and safely. By writing, analyzed by sight, our words are testimonies of sometimes unexpressed personal resolutions.
Research on handwriting points to multiple health benefits.
When we write by hand we need attention, time and energy, we are authentic and empathetic. The things we write about are conscious to a level where we come to identify survival strategies in accordance with the values and beliefs that guide us. Change is beyond our imagination. What we discover is worth all the work and effort.
