„These were two weeks that I will certainly never forget. I came to Hunedoara for a new experience, without knowing how much this journey would change me. Looking back today, I realize that I am not taking home only memories, but also people, valuable lessons, and a more open and confident version of myself. I was fortunate to meet Mrs. Mihaela, the best teacher we could have had by our side. Through her patience, warmth, and genuine kindness, she managed to turn every day into a beautiful experience. I am deeply grateful for all the moments she was there for us and for the positive atmosphere she created around us. I would also like to sincerely thank the kindest kitchen staff, who took care of us every day and made even the simplest moments feel like home.
During these two weeks, I had the opportunity to visit numerous companies and to see the world from a perspective I had not experienced before, the perspective of production and industry. I witnessed how the concepts we learn in theory come to life and how people, technology, and hard work come together to create something real. It was an experience that made me look at my future and the field in which I want to grow in a completely different way. For me, FIH will remain much more than the name of a program or two weeks spent away from home. It will always be a period filled with wonderful people, laughter, emotions, discoveries, lessons, and moments that I will carry with me for a long time.
I am leaving Hunedoara with more than I brought with me: memories that cannot be bought, people I do not want to forget, and a part of myself that I managed to discover thanks to this experience. Thank you for these two weeks. For the people. For the lessons. For all the small moments that, together, became such a great memory.
With much love, ANDREEA ♥„

„For me, the internship at the Faculty of Engineering in Hunedoara was a truly wonderful and unforgettable experience. I greatly appreciated the atmosphere, the fact that everyone was approachable and always ready to help whenever we needed support. We enjoyed very good conditions, and I particularly liked the meals provided by the cafeteria. The staff was outstanding and treated us with great kindness and professionalism.
The company visits were also extremely interesting and engaging because they gave us the opportunity to see in practice many of the concepts that we usually study only in theory at university. I believe this internship program should continue in the years to come because it offers students a highly valuable and enjoyable experience. I am very happy that I had the opportunity to take part in it.”

More Than an Internship: Our Experience in Hunedoara
„The two weeks spent in Hunedoara represented far more than visiting ten companies operating in the energy and telecommunications sectors. Although the initial purpose of the program was educational, the true value of this experience was reflected in the emotions, personal discoveries, and invaluable human connections we made along the way.
Behind the busy schedule, we discovered a warm, enthusiastic, and energetic team. What made this internship truly special was not only the networks and infrastructures we visited, but also the shared smiles, the conversations during breaks, and the way we supported one another every step of the journey.
An essential role was played by the activities organized outside the official program. In the evenings, when we set aside the professional context, Hunedoara became the perfect setting to truly get to know one another. Walks, moments of relaxation, and the evenings spent together gave us the opportunity to open up, laugh freely, and discover each other beyond the usual labels. These experiences helped us not only better understand those around us, their stories, passions, and unique personalities, but also to see ourselves from a new perspective.
I am leaving Hunedoara not only with beautiful memories but also with a profound sense of gratitude. I have learned that, no matter how technical or complex the field we work in may be, the most powerful energy will always be the human one. We returned home more united, more empathetic, and spiritually enriched.”
