Voi medita \u00een fiecare diminea\u021b\u0103. Desi meditez aproape \u00een fiecare zi, mi-am propus sa fac lucrul asta \u00een mod regulat diminea\u021ba. Cred c\u0103 numai a\u0219a voi reusi s\u0103-mi str\u00e2ng toat\u0103 energia pozitiv\u0103 pentru a \u00eencepe o nou\u0103 zi \u00een for\u021b\u0103. \u0218tiu c\u0103 medita\u021bia poate fi intimidant\u0103 pentru unii, poate chiar prea hipstereasc\u0103, dar nu e a\u0219a.
