Alegerea e la tine: &#8222;Day One or One Day&#8221;?<br>Prima poveste o vom afla datorit\u0103 Denisei&#8230;..<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Loredana, recruiter la Dr\u00e4xlmaier<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mar\u021bi, 25 aprilie 2023. Zi ploioas\u0103, numai bun\u0103 de petrecut \u00een interior \u2013 \u0219i unde altundeva s\u0103 ne \u00eenc\u0103lzim dac\u0103 nu \u00een microbuzul care ne-a dus c\u0103tre evenimentul Zilele Carierei, organizat la Timi\u0219oara de Centrul de Consiliere \u0219i Orientare \u00een Carier\u0103 (CCOC), iar ulterior \u00een Cantina UPT, unde s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat t\u00e2rgul?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Am fost singura student\u0103 de la master din cadrul Facult\u0103\u021bii de Inginerie din Hunedoara care s-a \u00eenscris pe list\u0103 pentru a participa la acest eveniment \u0219i motivul primordial pentru care am vrut s\u0103 merg a fost curiozitatea. Nu mai participasem la un astfel de t\u00e2rg, de\u0219i am mai fost la multe evenimente de networking, doar c\u0103 \u00een alt\u0103 sfer\u0103 \u0219i \u00een alt\u0103 calitate. Acum am participat \u00een calitate de masterand \u2013 \u00een ciuda v\u00e2rstei care m-ar fi recomandat, poate, s\u0103 m\u0103 aflu de cealalt\u0103 parte a standurilor \u201eexpozan\u021bilor\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Standuri au fost multe, de la firme de automatiz\u0103ri, IT, cosmetice, p\u00e2n\u0103 la fabrici de b\u0103uturi carbogazoase, obiecte sanitare sau vopseluri. Mi-a pl\u0103cut diversitatea firmelor prezente \u0219i faptul c\u0103, \u00een calitate de poten\u021bial candidat pentru un job la firmele expozante, aveai ocazia s\u0103 vorbe\u0219ti chiar cu persoana care te va intervieva, \u00een cazul \u00een care te hot\u0103r\u0103\u0219ti s\u0103 aplici pentru un loc de munc\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pentru provocarea primit\u0103, am ales o persoan\u0103 dinamic\u0103, pe care am g\u0103sit-o la standul companiei&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Dr\u00e4xlmaier. M-am orientat c\u0103tre aceast\u0103 firm\u0103 special pentru c\u0103 este prezent\u0103 \u0219i \u00een municipiul Hunedoara de mul\u021bi ani \u0219i pentru c\u0103 are o imagine bun\u0103. Am avut \u0219i norocul s\u0103 dau, aici, peste o t\u00e2n\u0103r\u0103 entuziast\u0103, care aproape c\u0103 mi-a f\u0103cut singur\u0103 \u201etema\u201d, \u00een sensul c\u0103 a vorbit pre\u021b de un sfert de or\u0103 despre cariera ei \u00een aceast\u0103 companie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Este vorba despre <em>Loredana, recruiter \u00een cadrul Dr\u00e4xlmaier Group din Timi\u0219oara<\/em>. Loredana este timi\u0219oreanc\u0103, are 28 de ani \u0219i lucreaz\u0103 la HR de mai pu\u021bin de doi ani, dar simte c\u0103 \u0219i-a g\u0103sit voca\u021bia, iar actualul loc de munc\u0103 i se potrive\u0219te ca o m\u0103nu\u0219\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A urmat cursurile Facult\u0103\u021bii de Comunicare \u0219i Rela\u021bii Publice, dar a considerat c\u0103 aceast\u0103 specializare nu i se potrive\u0219te 100%, \u00eentruc\u00e2t ca s\u0103 fii un bun comunicator, trebuie s\u0103 fii impecabil. Primul internship a fost \u00een domeniul recrut\u0103rii, dup\u0103 care a ales unul de branding &amp; communication pentru o companie multina\u021bional\u0103. A trecut apoi la Resurse Umane, unde a administrat dosarele personalului angajat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cel mai bun job este cel pe care nu \u00eel cau\u021bi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>\u201ePrimul meu job full time a fost cel de specialist resurse umane \u00eentr-o companie de transporturi cu aproximativ 150 de angaja\u021bi, unde m\u0103 ocupam de tot ce \u021binea de administrarea personalului: angajare, \u00eencetare, eliberare adeverin\u021be, concedii medicale, pontare etc.. Am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat o mul\u021bime de lucruri acolo \u0219i de\u0219i nu eram \u00een c\u0103utarea altor oportunit\u0103\u021bi, o prieten\u0103 m-a abordat \u0219i m-a \u00eentrebat dac\u0103 a\u0219 fi interesat\u0103 de un loc de munc\u0103 la Dr\u00e4xlmaier. Am intrat \u00eentr-un proces de recrutare \u0219i interviul l-am sus\u021binut online. Eram \u00een luna de miere, la Sighi\u0219oara, am sus\u021binut interviul dintr-o camer\u0103 de hotel \u0219i eram foarte relaxat\u0103 \u2013 cu siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i pentru c\u0103 nu depindeam de acel interviu. Aveam deja un loc de munc\u0103 \u0219i eram lini\u0219tit\u0103\u201d<\/strong><\/em>,<strong> \u00ee\u0219i aminte\u0219te Loredana.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00cen urma interviului, a fost selectat\u0103 pentru pozi\u021bia de recruiter \u00een cadrul Dr\u00e4xlmaier&nbsp; Timi\u0219oara. Loredana \u00ee\u0219i aminte\u0219te c\u0103 era un pic speriat\u0103 pentru c\u0103 volumul de munc\u0103 nu era foarte mare, la momentul angaj\u0103rii ei. <em>\u201eM\u0103 g\u00e2ndeam c\u0103 dup\u0103 perioada de prob\u0103 nu vom continua colaborarea, pentru c\u0103 nu aveam un volum mare de munc\u0103\u201d.<\/em> Ulterior, odat\u0103 cu dezvoltarea liniilor de produc\u021bie, au venit \u201e\u00een valuri\u201d \u0219i angaj\u0103rile numeroase, care s\u0103 o \u021bin\u0103 \u201e\u00een priz\u0103\u201d \u0219i s\u0103 aib\u0103 ocazia s\u0103 fac\u0103 ceea ce \u00eei place, cu at\u00e2t mai mult cu c\u00e2t s-a integrat foarte bine \u00een echip\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 recrutare, Loredana se ocup\u0103 \u0219i de colectarea feedback-ului de la angaja\u021bi. La 3-4 luni de la angajare, fiecare muncitor este invitat la o cafea \u0219i un croissant pentru a discuta despre felul \u00een care s-a integrat \u00een companie. Fiecare nou angajat are, astfel, un amic din interior, care \u00eei spune at\u00e2t regulile nescrise, c\u00e2t \u0219i lucrurile pe care angaja\u021bii le afl\u0103, \u00een mod normal, de-a lungul unei perioade de timp. De exemplu: cui te adresezi dac\u0103 ai nevoie s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi instalezi un program?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Scopul proiectului propus \u0219i implementat de Loredana este de a reduce fluctua\u021bia de personal, pentru c\u0103 nicio companie nu-\u0219i dore\u0219te ca persoanele recent angajate s\u0103 plece pentru c\u0103 nu s-au integrat \u00een colectiv. <em>\u201ePer total, am libertatea s\u0103 propun orice proiect, dac\u0103 este \u00een beneficiul angaja\u021bilor \u0219i al companiei\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>De\u0219i este doar al doilea loc de munc\u0103 full time (cu norm\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103), Loredana spune c\u0103 \u0219i-a g\u0103sit locul.
