For students, this moment takes on a special meaning: it is the space between what they have become and what they aspire to be. The ,,student resolution\u201d is not just a passing reflection, but a declaration of intent, an exercise in sincerity and commitment. In a period marked by academic, social and personal challenges, resolutions become landmarks that provide coherence and motivation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resolutions capture the inner voice of the contemporary student \u2014 between dream and responsibility \u2014 and outline those commitments that can transform each day. Whether we&#8217;re talking about academic performance, emotional balance, or active community involvement, each resolution becomes a concrete step towards a clearer and more authentic version of yourself.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Eduard..<\/strong>..<strong>.<em>,,For me throughout the year 2026 is not just a date on the calendar, but the year I go from ,,amateur&#8221; to &#8222;professional&#8221;, both on the field and in life. The best version of me is no longer just a dream like any other, but a man who acts precisely. I&#8217;m tired of vague promises like ,,I&#8217;ll be better&#8221;. So, in order to achieve my goal, namely, signing my first football contract with Aurul Brad in the 4th Hunedoara League, I structured my evolution and recovery on a concrete, measurable routine that would transform me physically, mentally and spiritually.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>I know that talent is not enough to cope in the 4th League and to obtain that contract. That&#8217;s why my physical plan is not limited to ,,I&#8217;ll do sports&#8221;, but looks like this:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>In addition to official training with the team, I commit to performing two individual sessions per week (Tuesday and Thursday), focused strictly on physical condition and speed, to compensate for any lack compared to the seniors of the team.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Performance requires fuel, not just food of any kind. Specifically, I completely eliminate acidic juices and pastries from the daily menu. I make sure I have a source of protein at each of my three main meals and drink at least 3 liters of water a day to support my body&#8217;s hydration process.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Because recovery is half of training, my golden rule for 2026 is sleep. On school and training days, my phone goes off at 10:30 PM, and at 11:00 PM I turn off the lights, ensuring the 8 hours necessary for muscle recovery.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>The pressure of my first contract and the desire to assert myself at my new team, combined with college, can be overwhelming. In order to become better mentally and academically, I need a clear and simple structure:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>School will not be sacrificed for football, but integrated. I propose to allocate an hour and a half of uninterrupted study (without the phone) every workday, immediately after I get home or before training, to maintain my averages and not fall behind in the subject.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>My goal is to get out of my comfort zone. Specifically, I propose that once a month I try a new activity or put myself in an unfamiliar social situation (volunteering, a new school project), to prove to myself that I can adapt.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>If I am not a starter or if I have a bad match, I will not criticize myself destructively. I will encourage myself and, after each important match or test, I will write down 3 things I did well and one concrete thing to improve for next time.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>So, the best version of me in 2026 is a young man who signs with Aurul Brad not out of luck, but because he worked organized. It is the version that sleeps when he needs to, eats what he needs to and constantly learns. It is not just a wish list, it is my daily schedule.
