Este momentul \u00een care fiecare \u00ee\u0219i poate stabili principii clare care s\u0103-l ajute s\u0103 creasc\u0103 armonios pe toate planurile: fizic, psihic, profesional \u0219i spiritual.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pe plan fizic<\/em>, <\/strong>un an nou \u00eenseamn\u0103 grij\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tate. Un student care doarme suficient, se alimenteaz\u0103 echilibrat \u0219i face mi\u0219care va avea mai mult\u0103 energie pentru a face fa\u021b\u0103 cerin\u021belor academice. Corpul s\u0103n\u0103tos sus\u021bine o minte clar\u0103 \u0219i o capacitate mai bun\u0103 de concentrare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pe plan psihic<\/em>, <\/strong>este important s\u0103 ne cultiv\u0103m echilibrul emo\u021bional \u0219i \u00eencrederea \u00een sine. Anul I poate aduce stres, emo\u021bii \u0219i nesiguran\u021b\u0103, dar prin organizare, g\u00e2ndire optimist\u0103 \u0219i perseveren\u021b\u0103, aceste dificult\u0103\u021bi pot fi dep\u0103\u0219ite. Un student care \u00ee\u0219i gestioneaz\u0103 emo\u021biile va putea \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba mai eficient \u0219i va avea rela\u021bii mai bune cu cei din jur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Pe plan profesional,<\/em><\/strong> noul an este o \u0219ans\u0103 de a ne construi viitorul. Respectarea principiilor precum seriozitatea, munca constant\u0103 \u0219i dorin\u021ba de a progresa \u00eei ajut\u0103 pe studen\u021bi s\u0103 devin\u0103 competen\u021bi \u0219i responsabili. Am fost at\u00e2t de concentrat s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b \u0219i s\u0103 iau note bune, \u00eenc\u00e2t am ajuns s\u0103 m\u0103 neglijez complet: m\u00e2ncam orice prindeam, de obicei fast-food luat pe fug\u0103 \u00eentre medita\u021bii, \u0219i nu mai aveam nici o energie pentru mi\u0219care. Dar acum, c\u0103 am intrat la facultate \u0219i s-a mai dus stresul\u00a0\u00a0 Bacalaureatului, am decis c\u0103 2026 trebuie s\u0103 fie anul schimb\u0103rii mele reale. Nu mai vreau s\u0103 car dup\u0103 mine kilogramele adunate \u00een perioada aia haotic\u0103, a\u0219a c\u0103 mi-am f\u0103cut un plan simplu \u0219i clar prin care s\u0103 sl\u0103besc \u0219i s\u0103 m\u0103 simt din nou bine \u00een pielea mea.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>De\u0219i c\u00e2nd eram mic \u00eenotam mult \u0219i mi-a pl\u0103cut acel sport, pentru stilul meu de via\u021b\u0103 de acum am ales ceva mult mai la \u00eendem\u00e2n\u0103: plimb\u0103rile zilnice. Mi-am propus s\u0103 merg pe jos cel pu\u021bin o or\u0103 \u00een fiecare zi, indiferent de vreme, pentru c\u0103 e cel mai bun mod de a m\u0103 deconecta dup\u0103 cursuri \u0219i de a arde calorii f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 m\u0103 simt epuizat. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 aceast\u0103 mi\u0219care constant\u0103, am t\u0103iat de pe list\u0103 toate obiceiurile alimentare proaste de anul trecut. Am decis s\u0103 \u00eenlocuiesc mesele grele de la fast-food, cum ar fi burgerii plini de sosuri sau pizza, cu variante mult mai s\u0103n\u0103toase \u0219i g\u0103tite mai simplu. De exemplu, acum prefer s\u0103 m\u0103n\u00e2nc un piept de pui la gr\u0103tar cu multe legume sau un pe\u0219te la cuptor, m\u00e2nc\u0103ruri care \u00eemi dau energie f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 m\u0103 fac\u0103 s\u0103 m\u0103 simt mole\u0219it. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Am renun\u021bat la sucurile acidulate \u0219i beau mult\u0103 ap\u0103, iar seara \u00eencerc s\u0103 nu mai stau p\u00e2n\u0103 t\u00e2rziu pe telefon, ca s\u0103 \u00eei dau corpului timpul necesar s\u0103 se reface\u00a0 o s\u0103 m\u0103 pun la somn la ora 22:30.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Chiar dac\u0103 via\u021ba de student e agitat\u0103, nu mai vreau s\u0103 folosesc facultatea ca pe o scuz\u0103, a\u0219a cum am f\u0103cut cu Bacul anul trecut. De data asta sunt mult mai hot\u0103r\u00e2t \u0219i nu m\u0103 mai las pe ultimul loc. Dac\u0103 am o zi mai plin\u0103, prefer s\u0103 merg pe jos p\u00e2n\u0103 la magazin sau s\u0103 fac o plimbare lung\u0103 sear\u0103, \u00een loc s\u0103 stau la calculator juc\u00e2ndu-m\u0103 ore \u00eentregi. Nu mai sunt la fel de dur cu mine dac\u0103 mai gre\u0219esc uneori, dar sunt atent ca a doua zi s\u0103 revin la programul meu.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>P\u00e2n\u0103 la urm\u0103, versiunea mea de anul acesta este un student care a \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat c\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tatea conteaz\u0103 la fel de mult ca notele.
